Food Journal - Ningbo, China

2018

A traditional Chinese (Ningbo) breakfast that you don't really need to use fork and kinfe.

There's Wonton馄饨 at the central top of the image; fresh soy milk at the right upper corner that's slightly sweetened; salty DouFuNao/DouHua (豆腐脑/豆花) at the bottom left corner which is silken tofu seasoned with "salted stew",  dried radish, cilantro, dried shrimps and green onion. At the bottom center, there's Xiao Long Bao (小笼包) - a type of small Chinese Baozi served in a steamer basket. The hot sauce at the right corner is not very spicy and is also uncommonly used in Ningbo.

Food Journal - Havana, Cuba

My first breakfast at Havana, provided by the lovely airbnb host. Butter, Guava paste at the left corner, Cuba bread, and coffee.
